At Vintage Wholesalers Limited, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and outstanding service to our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our purchase and returns/refund policies detailed below.

 

Purchase Policy: When you make a purchase from Vintage Wholesalers Limited, you agree to the following terms.

Product Description Review: We urge you to carefully review the product description before finalising your purchase. This ensures that you have a comprehensive understanding of the item you are acquiring and its estimated dispatch date range.

Non-Refundable Items: Grade B/C/D products are non-refundable. Prior to purchasing these items, please be aware of their non-refundable status. We regret that we cannot accommodate special requests for such items at this time. Only refundable stock is completely grade A stock.

Please note that Vintage Wholesalers Limited exclusively serves businesses, including companies and traders operating as Limited companies or Sole Traders on platforms such as eBay or Depop. As a result, all transactions with us are considered business-to-business (B2B) and are exempt from consumer law.

 

Returns/ Refund Policy: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Vintage Wholesalers Limited. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below.

 

Grading Variance: Given the nature of our products, which includes used and worn items, there may be a grading variance of 10%. We recommend laundering items to maximise their selling potential. This is industry standard and a well known practice.

Authorisation Requirement: All returns must be authorised at our discretion. We do not offer refunds; instead, we provide credit notes for returned items. To initiate a return, your order must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Request Period: You must submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

Return Process: Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, you will receive a credit note for use on our online store.
